I want to thank you sincerely for the wonderful job your company did on our bathroom remodel. First of all, the price was very reasonable. That meant a lot to us, since we are both retired. You were so easy to deal and negotiate with. On some of the things I had no idea what I wanted and you seemed to steer me in the right direction. You weren't pushy you just guided me along. I have to say you really know what you are doing and you are very good at your job. I thank you for the idea of laying the floor tiles in the brick pattern and also for the idea of using lighter colored tiles.You were so right . . . it does make the room look larger. Also, I thank you for the idea of the border in the shower. I would never have thought of that. It looks beautiful. In fact, that shower looks so pretty I almost hated to put up a shower door. And thanks also for picking the tiles for the shower floor. They were perfect. Again, I had no idea what I wanted.- You were so flexible about us picking our own stuff and very understanding when things were late coming in. Your worker, John . . . what can I say. That man is the best. He did a marvelous job. He is so conscientious and such a perfectionist. Besides that, he is such a nice guy and it was a real pleasure working with him. Please thank him for us again for all the hard work and the little extras he put into the job. We are still putting the finishing touches on our new bathroom and as soon as we are done accessorizing we will send you pictures. Please feel free to use the pictures and this letter for references. Koehler construction recently renovated 2 bathrooms in our early 70’s bi-level home. It was by far the best experience I’ve had with a major construction / renovation project and the price was very reasonable. After we selected our choice of materials and hardware owner Mike managed the entire process end to end. He and his team are exceptionally skilled in all aspects needed to complete this or any other major project (Plumbing, Electrical, Tile, Framing, Drywall, Painting etc…) They were able to install a new shower in my basement that required jack hammering the floor to install a new drain for the shower (other contractors would not even consider this work). Mike managed every aspect of the project from measuring to ordering all required materials and asked the questions I would have never thought of asking to ensure everything was done just right. Mike and team handled every minor issue encountered quickly resolving any question or concern I surfaced without any pushback. The result is 2 beautiful bathrooms that my wife and I will enjoy for many years to come. This team did an absolute stellar job and I would hire them again for any future project!

This past summer we had two big bathroom renovations. The Master bathroom needed total gutting with major reconstruction, and the Hall bath needed a total reconstruction update. This team has been together for 3 decades and they really listen and understand the customer's needs. We are so happy with how everything turned out , it was beyond our expectations with Michaels knowledge of the current design , color and vision of how it would be reconstructed, and Dan did the total flawless demolition and reconstruction of both bathrooms, and we are so please with the turnaround time. Dan is always a very hard worker and is very punctual and dependable, starting in the early morning and is very accurate and fast. Michael and Dan are a real pleasure to work with.
